摘要
制定治安管理处罚法是我国民主法制建设中的一件大事。它的颁布实施标志着公安机关在新时期办理治安案件及处理相关治安问题将有法可依,履行治安管理处罚法赋予的职责、增进社会和谐、维护社会治安稳定,已成为各级公安机关和广大公安民警的当务之急。
The formulation of Law of Punishment in Public Order and Security Administration is one important matter in our eountry＇s democratic legislative work. Its implementation symbolizes that the public security organ＇s handling the public security case and the dealing with relative public security question in the new time is practiced according to law. And to fulfill the responsibility which the law entrusts with, to promote the harmonious society, to maintain the stablity of social public security, has become the urgent task of all levels of public security organs and the policemen.
