摘要
氟石膏是化工生产排出的废渣,可替代天然石膏按一定比例掺入水泥中作为水泥缓凝剂使用,也可通过掺加外加剂将其改性,辅以其他掺合料后用来生产抹灰用粉刷石膏、石膏砌块及石膏砖等建筑材料,产品的技术性能指标均达到国家标准要求,且成本大大降低。这样既解决了环境污染问题,又实现了化工废渣的资源化利用,社会效益和经济效益显著。
In this paper,several ways that produce building materials with fluorgypsum,a chemical industrial waste residue,are discussed. Instead of natural gypsum, fluorgypsum can be used as a retarder,mixed with cement pro rata. Modified and mixed with many kinds of admixture, fluorgypsum can be used to produce other building materials, such as plastering gypsum and building blocks. So the comprehensive utilization of fluorgypsum is a way not only to reslove pollution problems, but also to reduce the cost of production. Benefits in environment and economy producing building materials with fluorgypsum brings are obvious.
