摘要
通过对我国县(市)级地籍图,地籍要素,地理要素的分析,给出了地籍数据库的结构,提出了在Mapinfo下实现空间数据和属性数据入库的程序设计方法,并给出了程序设计框图和设计思路。
Through the analyses on land register picture, key elements of land register, and geographical elements of Counties（cities）, we propose the structure of place-nationality database （and） put forward a design on mapinfo and its block diagram.
