摘要
对GIS(地理信息系统)技术作了介绍,将GIS技术与网络技术相结合,开发研制了网络资源管理地理信息系统,阐述了系统结构及功能.采用GIS技术对网络资产进行可视化电子信息管理,可提高管理水平和工作效率.
The paper is about the technique of GIS（the geography information system） ,combines together technique of GIS and the network techniques, develops the manufacture of the network resources management geography information system,explains the system structure and functions. Network operators can adopt GIS technology to carry on network assets visual to manage, improve the management level and working efficiency.
