在线概率状态估计

摘要 从城市高压电网的实际特点出发,将量测量看作随机变量,一段时间内的波动特性用统计数字特征描述;在加权最小二乘(WLS)状态估计基础上,确定了相关算式,形成概率状态估计算法.所得估计结果可用于一段时间内城市高压电网最优运行网架的在线确定.将一段时间内的运行参数融合在一次计算之中,保证了结果的合理性和计算的快速性.该算法已应用于“城市电网智能决策支持系统”中当前以及将来任一时间段内的最优网架运行方案的确定.利用IEEE30节点标准算例和某城市电网进行分析,结果表明了方法的实用性与有效性. Based on the particular characteristic of the urban high-voltage power system, the measurements are regarded as the stochastic variables, and the variation characteristic for a period of time is described by statistical numerical characteristic. The equations of probabilistic state estimate algorithm are ascertained based on the weighted least squares state estimate algorithm. Estimate results are applied to on-line determination of the optimum operating mode for urban power network configuration. The approach presented converges the parameter of spell into a calculation. Thus the rationality and expeditiousness of the results are ensured. In the "intelligent supporting system for urban power systems", this approach has been used for the determination of the current system mode optimization and any future system condition analysis. The effectiveness of the dis cussed approach is tested by the application in the IEEE 30-bus testing system and the urban power system.
