摘要 目的对记波扫描图像(videokymography,VKG)中声带振动信息进行计算机自动提取,以避免检查者的主观判断及不同检查者之间的判断误差,为声带振动参数的量化分析提供依据。方法利用直接基于灰度的类Snake模型方法,对记波扫描声带振动图像中声带振动信息进行自动提取。结果自动提取了VKG图像所能表征的声带振动特性参数并在声带振动模型及人声带振动检查中得到验证。结论VKG图像的计算机自动分析,使VKG检查更加标准化、客观化,为大样本研究声带振动功能参数,从而进一步理解声带振动生理功能提供了一种客观、量化的分析方法。 Objective To establish an automatic analysis on videokymography(VKG) and provide a quantitative value of vocal fold vibration to avoid physician's subjective estimation and eliminate the error of different physician's estimation. Methods A Snake - like modeling method for directly extracting vibrational wave from gray - level image was introduced. Results The results from 12 subjects showed that the different changes of parameters from VKG images were in accordance with the different pathological changes. Conclusion Analysis of VKG with computer automatic analysis system makes VKG more objective and more standard.
