摘要
我国在香港和澳门回归后出现的多元法制现象,标志着我国已从一个单一法制国家发展成为一个多元法制国家。多元法制局面的出现带来区际法律冲突问题,势必会对我国整体法制结构产生深远的影响,文章倡导重视对区际法律冲突问题或法律事务的研究和处理,并结合我国目前的形势特点,对我国的区际法律冲突的解决提出若干看法。
This article approaches the phenomenon of the plural legal system in China with the return of Hong Kong and Macao, and points out that China has evolved a plural legal system country from a unitary legal system country. The author holds that the new situation of the plural legal system will exert a tremendous influence on the whole structure of China＇s legal system, and will bring inter-region legal clashs. The author also puts forward a proposal to pay attention to the researching and handling of inter-regional legal clash issues or affairs and according to the present situation of China, the author puts forward several opinions on the settlement of interregional conflicts in China.
