摘要
王念孙(含王引之)和俞樾是有清一代著名的训诂学大家和校勘学大家。两家在校释《荀子》上,特色不同且有差异,具体表现为:一是王氏援引文献比俞氏丰富;二是王氏重实证,论证更客观,俞氏重义理,论证更主观;三是王氏层次清晰、逻辑续密的特点比俞氏更明显、更突出。
Wang Niansun and Yu Yue are famous checkers and annotaters on ancient books in the Qing Dynasty. There are some differences in their checking and annotating of Xunzi. At first, Yu Yue＇ s quotations are less than those of Wang Niansun; then, Yu Yue emphasizes meaning, while Wang Niansun emphasizes literature; finally, Wang Niansun is more explicit and meticulous than Yu Yue.
