摘要
文章以中欧、中美纺织品贸易磨擦为出发点,阐述了国际公平贸易原则的演变与发展,指出了引发中欧、中美纺织品贸易争端的根本原因是贸易保护主义的存在,它违背了国际贸易的公平原则。
Taking Sino-USA and Sino-EU textile trade friction as a starting point, the paper expounds the evolution and development of international fair trade principle and points out that the basic cause of touching off Sino-USA and SinoEU textile trade disputes lies in One existence of trade protectionism, which violates fair principle of international trade.
