摘要
以新的观点建立了填料塔壁流的物理模型,并在此基础上,用数学分析方法推导了一个适合于规整和非规整填料塔壁流的三参数数学模型。同时,给出了相应的参数估计方法,并通过实验验证了该理论模型。
A physical model for wall flow of a packed column is proposed in terms of a new concept, and on the basis of the model a three parameter expression describing the wall flow of a packed column with random and structured packings is mathematically derived. The methods for determination of these parameters are also given through mathematical analyses. Besides, the theoretical model is experimentally confirmed both by structured and random packed columns.
