摘要
现阶段中国“三农”问题的核心是农民收入问题,农民收入增长缓慢,城乡居民收入差距进一步拉大,严重阻碍了我国社会经济的发展。农民增收问题成为我国当前社会刻不容缓的经济问题。随着“十一五”城镇化战略地进一步推行,通过有序转移农村富余劳动力,以工促农、以城带乡,实现农村城镇化,是农民增收的根本。
The core of Chinese ＂three agricultural problems ＂in the present stage is to increase peasants＇ income. The peasants＇ income grows slowly and the disparities of the city and countryside inhabitants＇ receives enlarge further, They both hinder social economic development seriously. So increasing the peasants＇ income becomes urgently. The article aims to analyse the problem of increasing peasants＇ income from the angle of speeding up the process of ＂turning into cities and towns＂. With the development of ＂11^th five- year strategy＂ , ＂turning into cities and towns＂ is the basic way to enhance peasants＇ income.
