摘要
股票指数期货交易具有回避股市系统风险,保护广大投资者的利益,增强投资者信心;稳定证券市场,活跃股市;扩大市场交易量,满足不同投资者需求;增强国际竞争力的功能和作用。结合我国股票市场的实际情况,分析我国开设股票指数期货交易的可行性,及开设股票指数期货可能产生的负面影响,提出了管理建议。
This article introduces the definition and function of stock index futures trading. Its effect includes avoidance of stock market systematical risk, protection of most investors＂ interests, improvement of the investors＂ confidence,stabilization of stock market, flourishment of stock market, enlargement of dealing amount, satisfication of investors＂ demands and buildup of the international competition. Combining the present practice of stock market in our country, this essay analyzes the feasibility of the startup of stock index futures trading in our country and the possible negative influence that it may cause, and correspondingly, the management suggests are advanced.
