摘要
合法性问题是政党执政的关键性问题。建国后,党中央适时调整方针政策,加强执政合法性建设,先后经历了领袖魅力和强意识形态型合法性,以经济建设为中心的执政合法性。当前,正努力建设依法执政、以人为本的执政合法性。
Legitimacy is crucial for a party in power. After the founding the new China, the Communist Party of China has adjusted policies in time to strengthen its legitimacy in power. At first, the ruling legitimacy of the CPC concentrates on ideology. As the crisis of the legitimacy arose, the CPC transferred the legitimate base from ideology as its heart to economic achievement as its heart. At present, the CPC is constructing a new ruling legitimacy concentrating on laws and human beings.
