摘要
农村经纪人培训工程是农业现代化的要求,是农村城镇化建设的要求,是解决农村劳动力转移问题的要求,事关天津市农村知识化进程,是农民继续教育制度的创新。从培训的目的出发,有必要对农村经纪人培训的教学管理方法进行探讨。
The training project of rural brokers is the demand of the agriculture modernization and the construction of country to city. Its also the demand to solve the problem of the transfer of the country＇s labor force. It concerns with the knowledgeable course of rural area and the cultivation of the continued education system of peasants. It is necessary to explore the teaching management method of the training of the rural brokers.
