摘要
目的:测定复方氧氟沙星乳剂中氧氟沙星和甲硝唑的含量。方法:分别采用双波长-等吸收波长法和双波长-系数倍率法测定复方氧氟沙星乳剂中氧氟沙星和甲硝唑的含量。结果:在浓度2.0~5.2μg/mL范围内,氧氟沙星和甲硝唑的浓度与吸收度线性关系均良好(r=0.9999);平均回收率氧氟沙星为101.5%(RSD=1.34%),甲硝唑为99.4%(RSD=0.65%)。结论:两法简便、准确、可靠,适用于复方氧氟沙星乳剂中氧氟沙星和甲硝唑的质量控制。
Objective: To determine the content of ofloxacin and metronidazole in compound ofloxacin emulsion. Methods: Dual-wavelength spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of ofloxacin and K-ratio spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of metronidazole in compound ofloxacin emulsion. Results: Both ofloxacin and metronidazole had a good linearity between 2.0 - 5.2μg/mL( r = 0. 999 9). The average recovery of ofloxacin was 101.5%, RSD = 1.34% ; the average recovery of metronidazole was 99. 4%, RSD =0. 65%. Conclusion: The method was simple, accurate and reliable, and suitable for the quality control of ofloxacin and metronidazole in compound ofloxacin emulsion.
