摘要
高校体育场馆提供的产品性质是准公共产品。当前高校体育场馆开放中存在的首要问题是产品性质不明确。高校体育场馆经营的特点主要有开放时间的有限性,使用上的排他性与竞争性,高校体育场馆经营的非营利性,体育锻炼收益的外溢性。高校体育场馆最有效的经营模式是承包出租。
The product quality of high school stadium and gymnasium provided is of half-product. The main problem is that the product quality of high school stadium gymnasium provided is not certain. The feature of high school stadium and gymnasium managing is the limitation of opening time, exclusiveness and competitiveness in use, the non-profit and out-profit management. The most effective managing mode of high school stadium and gymnasium is contract and rent.
