摘要
当前我国正处在“小政府,大社会”管理格局的形成过程,通过学习西方社会学术团体在运作方式、机构设置、职能分工等方面的成功经验,探索我国社会学术团体的建设的新思路、新途径,对社会学术团体持续稳定健康的发展,具有重要的现实意义和长远意义。
Nowadays we＇re in the forming of small government and big society management system setting up period in China. Through learning the successful experience of foreign scholarship group in operation, organization setting and allocate function etc. , find out the new way and new method in China social scholarship group building which is very important in reality and foresee future of a social scholarship group＇s health and continuous stable development.
