摘要
“旅行”与“旅游”两个概念虽有区别,但在本质上是不能割裂的。通过对“旅游”一词出现的时间、中西古代旅游活动、国际级旅游大家及其旅游文献进行历史考察,可以认定工业革命前并非只有旅行而无近代意义上的旅游活动。
Traveling and tourism are different conceptions but they are not to be separated in nature. On the basis of a study on the time when the word tourism appeared, tourist activities in China and in western countries, and famous tourists of the world and their tourist notes, we conclude that betore the Industrial Revolution there did exist tourist activities in the modern sense of the word.
