摘要
女性主义翻译理论从性别研究的角度对传统译论中的翻译忠实性及译者主体性进行了重新阐释,指出女性主义翻译是要忠实于作者与译者共同参与的写作方案,并认可与鼓励女性主义译者在意义生产过程中积极发挥主体作用。这样,在致力于提升女性地位的同时,翻译与译者的地位也由此获得极大的提高。鉴于社会文化背景的不同,我们对于西方女性主义翻译理论及实践成果的借鉴尚需谨慎。
Feminist translation theory has reinterpreted the fidelity of translation and the subjectivity of translator from the perspective of gender studies. It states that the fidelity in feminist translation should be directed towards the writing project in which both the writer and translator participate. It also encourages feminist translators to make the most of their subjectivity in the production of meaning. The statuses of translation and translator have thus been greatly lifted while they aim at lilting the status of women. We should be cautious when we draw on the achievement of western feminist translation theory and practice due to the differences in our socio- cultural context.
