摘要
当前我国软件产业发展迅速,但软件从业人员匮乏,尤其是软件“高端人才”和“低端人才”严重短缺。研究解决策略,应考虑高职院校软件产业“低端人才”培养的实践运作、三段式教学体系结构及多种教学方法的探索。
Currently software industry development is speedy in China , but the personnel of software industry （especially higher and basic person with ability is very lack）. Main research of this paper is the education of Jr. programmer, the framework of teaching system and the multi-teaching method in the higher processional colleges.
