摘要
目的：探讨急症腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）的疗效及临床应用价值。方法：回顾分析2001年12月至2004年12月85例急症LC的临床资料。结果：85例均顺利完成手术，手术时间90～180min，平均120min，1例中转开腹。结论：急症LC是安全、理想的手术方式，具有创伤小、出血少、康复快等优点。
Objective：To explore the clinical value and efficiency of acute laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods：The clinical data of 85 patients with acute laparoscopic cholecystectomy from 2001 to 2004 were reviewed retrospectively. Results：85 cases had been operated successfully, Operation time was 90 to 180 minutes,mean time was 120 minutes. 1 case was converted to open operation. Conclusions：Acute laparescopic cholecystectomy is a safe and ideal method and it has the advantages of minimal trauma, quick recovery and less blood loss.
