摘要
目的：总结应用改良手助腹腔镜下右半结肠切除术14例的经验。方法：2001年9月至2005年4月应用手助腹腔镜技术施行右半结肠切除术14例。回顾分析手术结果、术中及术后并发症，并随访1～43个月。结果：14例患者手术均获成功，无1例中转开腹，手术时间约为3h，术后恢复良好，无切口感染、吻合口漏、肠梗阻等并发症，随访无切口复发及肠梗阻。结论：对于无远处转移的右侧结肠恶性肿瘤患者，使用手助式右半鲒肠切除术安全、可行，可以获得良好的治疗效果。
Objective：To summarize the experience of 14 cases of hand-assisted laparoscopic right hemi-colectomy. Methods： From Sep. 2001 to Apr. 2005,14 patients underwent hand-assisted right laparoscopic hemi-colectomy. The results of operative and complications were studied retrospectively. The follow-up was 1-43 months. Results：14 cases were done successfully, there was no conversion, all patients returned to normal activity very soon. There were no port-site infection, stoma fistula and ileus. Trocar site and wound recurrences of malignancies and intestinal obstruction did not occurred during the follow-up time. Conclusions： For the patients of right colon cancer without far metastasis, hand-assisted laparoscopic procedure is safe and feasible,and can get a good therapeutic result.
