人力资本与供应链管理战略的实证分析

摘要 在现今所处的知识经济时代,企业不再以设备、厂房等实体资本作为竞争优势的主要来源,包括无形资产及知识创造的价值在内的智力资本,决定着企业的竞争优势。本文运用人力资本理论、企业竞争战略理论、供应链管理战略理论及绩效理论等,在实证调查研究的基础上,探讨了人力资本运用于企业竞争和供应链管理的战略匹配,以及人力资本对供应链绩效的影响。
