摘要
为获得多糖产率高的香菇菌株和提高香菇菌丝体多糖收率,从多种香菇菌中筛选出优良菌株,经过深层培养实验,初步确定了香菇多糖提取工艺。认为,黄豆粉、葡萄糖培养基是最适的合成多糖的培养基。
In order to produce the polysaccharide of Lentnus edodes(Berk)Sing.by submerged culture technigue,the suitable medium optimal time and high-yielding strain producing polysaccharide were studied.3 strainsof Clilocybe congbbata which produce polysaccharide from fruit bodies were isolated from Lingo Templeand campus of Buli and they were designated as Longjiang Buli 935,Longjiang Buli 943 and Longjiang 953.The yields of palysaccharide and m ycelium of Longjiang 943 were determined and were com pa red by sub-merged culture in different media.The experimcntal results indicated that the soybean meal glucose liguid medium was found to be the pre-ferable medium for polysaccride synthesis by Clitocyed conglobata as compared to the other media. Among the 3 strains tested it wasfound that Longjiang 953 remarkably increased the yields of polysaccharide and pro-duced about 5.5-6g/Lin culture in 6 days.The polysaccharide produced by Londiang 943 and Lonngjiang935 strains amount to 5g/1,and 2.8g/l respectively.
