摘要
随着胆囊结石非手术治疗方法的日益发展,结石的分型诊断逐渐成为人们关注的焦点。胆囊结石主要分为胆固醇、胆色素及混合型三种。结石分型诊断的主要影像学方法有X线、超声、CT及磁共振。X线是最早应用于胆石分型诊断的影像学方法,目前最常用的方法为超声及CT,对于磁共振是否能用于结石的分型诊断尚在研究当中。
With the development of non-surgery therapeutic method, the grouping diagnosis of cholecystolithiasis is attracting more and more attention of people.The eholecystolithiasis is divided into three types, they are,cholesterol, pigraent and mixed type.The main imaging methods that used in grouping diagnosis of stone are X-ray,US-,CT and MRI of which X-RAY is the most early one. Now,the most common methods are Super Sound and CT,The question of MBI about its usage in the grouping diagnosis of stone is under resarch.
