个体化切削对矫正视力达不到正常的近视眼患者的治疗探讨

摘要 目的探讨个体化切削对矫正视力达不到正常的近视眼的治疗探讨。方法对最佳矫正视力≤0.8 者30例(53只眼)近视患者行波前像差引导的个体化切削术,年龄18-35岁,平均23.9岁。结果术后随访6月以上,裸眼视力≥1.0者26只眼(49%)。不同像差组中,以三阶像差组效果最好,达68.4%。结论个体化切削通过像差的矫正使矫正视力达不到正常的近视眼视力得到提高,部分患者获得正常视力。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of customized ablation for the myopia corrected vision unmorally. Methods 53 eyes of 30 patients aging from 18 to 35 years were operated with customized ablation. Pre-operatively, the best corrected vision acuity of the eyes were≤0.8. Results Post-operatively following over 6 months, the uncorrected vision acuity of 31.0 was 49%. Among the difference groups the 3rd aberration received the best effect, and≥1. 0 was 68.4%. Conclusion The customized ablation with wave front aberration can make the eyes corrected unmorally better vision. Many eyes have normal vision acuity.
