摘要
目的观察非复杂型裂孔源性视网膜脱离巩膜手术复位的效果,并对放液与不放液进行探讨。方法 85例(85只眼)均行巩膜手术,以巩膜外加压、环扎、放液、冷凝为主要手术方式。11只眼不放液。部分加眼内注气。结果在85只眼中,最终手术成功率为95．29％。视力提高73只眼,占85．88％。结论非复杂型裂孔源性视网膜脱离灵活应用巩膜手术,可以获得较高的视网膜复位率。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of sclcral operations for non complicated retinal detachment. To study the surgical indications with drainage and nondrainage procedures. Methods 85 eyes in 85 cases of retinal detachment underwent scleral operations. Most eyes were operated on with condensing, encircling, sclcral buckling with drainage, lleyes without drainage. The gas was iajected into the vitremn in some eyes. Results The cure rate of retinal reattachment was 95.29% finally. Visual acuity improved in 73 eyes（85.88% ）. Conclusion The scleral operations were used flexibly for non complicated retinal detachments and could improve the successful rate of retinal detachment.
