Effect of Statin Therapy on Arrhythmias

摘要他汀类药物可以减少心房颤动的发生率,改善心房颤动转复后窦律的维持,可以减少致命性室性心律失常的发生率, 现对其作用机制进行分析。 Statin therapy can reduce the incidence of atrial fibrillation,is associated with a significant decrease in the risk of arrhythmia recurrence after successful cardioversion of atrial fibrillation,and can decrease the incidence of lethal ventricular arrhythmias. Here is a review about the mechanisms of the effect of statin therapy on arrhythmias.
