摘要 别嘌呤醇目前在临床上主要用于治疗各种高尿酸血症和慢性痛风,但是近来许多研究表明别嘌呤醇还可以应用于心力衰竭的治疗。现对别嘌呤醇治疗心力衰竭的研究进展作简单介绍。 At present,allopurinol is mainly used to treat various kinds of hyperuricemia and chronic gout in clinic. But,recently,many studies have showed that allopurinol can also be used to treat heart failure. The present review give a simple presentation of the advances in research of allopurinol in treatment of heart failure.
