X60钢在CSP热轧过程中的组织演变与混晶现象 被引量:12

摘要 研究包钢CSP生产线上同一X60钢轧件经不同道次变形后,其不同部位的金相组织,结果表明:连轧前铸坯的室温组织为粗大的针状或块状铁素体,少量的珠光体沿铁素体晶界不均匀分布。空冷到室温的轧件具有铁素体+珠光体组织。在CSP薄板轧制过程中,晶粒明显细化但出现混晶现象。前面道次中边部晶粒尺寸和表面晶粒尺寸比心部晶粒尺寸细小均匀,在终轧后差异变小。同时分析了微观组织演变特点和混晶产生的原因。 The microstructure evolution of X60 steel rolling pieces in CSP cut from different sections of slab and strip after each pass was studied. The slab structure at room temperature before rolling was coarse acicular or blocky ferrite, a small amount pearlite distributed disparately along with the ferrite boundary. The rolling piece was air cooled to room temperature consisting of ferrite + peadite. Remarkable grain refinement and mixed grains phenomenon were found during sheet rolling in CSP. The grain in the surface and the border were smaller and more homogenous than that in the center in the fore rolling passes, the difference was getting smaller in final rolling pass. The characteristic of microstructure evolution and the mixed grains phenomenon were analyzed.
