直视插管测定犬心脏冠状静脉窦血流量的方法 被引量:8

摘要 目的验证直视插管测定犬心脏冠状静脉窦血流量方法的可行性及有效性,并总结监测经验。方法 12条杂种犬,随机分成组Ⅰ(主动脉阻断30min),组Ⅱ(主动脉阻断120min)。全麻开胸后,抬起心尖,于心外膜冠状窦末端行平行“∪”型褥式缝合,经其中央逆心大静脉血流方向迅速插入自制的普通塑料管,插管深度0.8-1. 5cm,量筒收集血标本并计时计量。结果与转流前比较,组Ⅰ 45min后血流量明显增加,组Ⅱ75min后血流量明显增加。结论直视插管测定犬心脏冠状静脉窦血流量方法简便易掌握,不需要特殊导管和仪器,值得推广。 Objective To verify the possibility and the efficacy of measurement of coronary sinus blood flow by visual cannulation in canine heart, and to summarize the experience of monitoring. Methods Twelve mongrel dogs underwent cardiopulmonary bypass were divided into two groups at random : group Ⅰ ( n = 6) , aortic cross-damping for 30min and group Ⅱ ( n = 6) , aortic cress-clamping for 120min. After general anesthesia and opening thorax, elevating the apex of the heart, going to mattress suture of " U "type in the terminal of epicardium coronary sinus, insertting the self-made common plastics tube quickly by its central negative great cardiac vein blood direction,the depth of 0.8 - 1.5 centimeters. Collectting blood specimen by measuring cylinder and beginning to timing measurement. Results As compared with prebypas8 level, the coronary blood flow increased significantly at 45 min after reperfusion in group Ⅰ , the coronary blood flow increased significantly too at 75 min after repeffusion in group Ⅱ. Conclusions The measurement of coronary sinus blood flow by visual eannulation is simple and easy, which don't need the special catheter and instruments, and is worthy to be popularized.
