摘要
我国现行的医疗机构补偿机制主要存在以下问题:财政补助不足,医院靠销售药品创收,医疗价格不合理。种种不合理的现象制约了医疗卫生事业的发展,给广大群众的医疗保健和医疗卫生费用控制带来一系列问题。为建立合理的医疗服务补偿机制,必须注重做好以下几个方面的工作:搞好区域规划.使卫生资源投入向农村倾斜;明确政府对医疗卫生事业承担的责任;医药分业管理;改革医疗服务作价原则。
There are some issues with the payment mechanism in the hospital at present.For instant, lacking of the government subsidy,collecting money depending on drug and the price is unreasonable.All of these issues restrict the development of health care system,and influence the health care delivery and the cost control.The article suggests the following working must be well done:to strengthen the regionol plan- ning in order to prefer the rural area;defining the accountability.of the government for health care;dividing treatment and selling drug into two groups;reforming the price of health care service.
