摘要
报告8例经病理证实的原发性肾上腺皮质癌的CT表现。通常显示为肾上腺区大肿块,其中7例平均瘤径超过10cm,内有不规则低密度区,增强检查呈不均一强化。笔者认为,功能性肾上腺皮质癌根据CT表现,结合临床和化验室检查,多可明确诊断;而非功能性者诊断困难,需活检穿刺方可确诊。
CT findings of 8 cases of primary adrenocortical carcinoma confirmed by pathology were report-ed. The tumor usually appeared to be a large adrenal mass with a median diameter of 10. 1 cm in 7 cases. All the masses showed some areas of central low attenuation and irregular contrast enhancement. The correct diagnosis of functioning adrenocortical carcinoma was usually made by CT in combination with clinical and biochemical data. However.the diagnosis of nonfunctioning adrenocortical carcinoma was difficult and needie biopsy was indicated.
