摘要
通过热型连铸技术制备具有柱状组织的CuAlNi形状记忆合金,从改变组织的结构达到改善该合金的各种性能的目的;研究柱状组织CuAlNi形状记忆合金组织对性能的影响,并且分析该合金性能提高的原因。试验证明:热型连铸工艺制备具有柱状组织CuAlNi形状记忆合金,可以为以后连续生产提供一种优良的方法。
CuAlNi shape memory alloy with column crystal was fabricated by heat mould continuous casting in order to improve the properties of the alloy by altering its structure constituent. Effects of column crystal on the properties of the CuAlNi shape memory alloy and the mechanism of the alloy property improvement were investigated. The experimental results reveal that the heat mould continuous casting can produce successfully the CuAlNi shape memory alloy with column crystal, which proposes an excellent method for industrial production.
