摘要
应用血细胞自动分析仪检测129例血尿患者尿中红细胞平均体积,并观察其可能的影响因素。结果表明,肾小球性血尿患者尿中红细胞平均体积为56.35±9.22fl,显著低于非肾小球性血尿患者尿中红细胞平均体积(105.92±10.28fl)。其形成是由于红细胞通过损伤的肾小球滤过膜时受到机械性挤压及肾小管内亨利氏袢上行支低渗浓度所致。本方法为简便、快速、客观的血尿筛选检查。
. The urinary mean cell volume(MCV) of erythrocyte of 129 patients (91 glomerluar, 38 non-glomerular)with hematuria was examined by automatic blood cell analyser. The MCV in glomerular hematuria (GH) was significantly lower than that in non-glpmerular hematuria(NGH) (56. 35± 9.22fl,105. 92±10. 28fl,P<0. 01). The results showed that MCV distribution had an indicative sensitiveness in the diagnosis of GH. The changes of MCV was induced mainly by the sequential changes of osrnolality of tubular fluids during their passage along the renal tubules and was occurred as a result of mechanical damage while the red blood cells were passing through the basement membrane.
