摘要
通过金相检验并依据应力腐蚀理论,分析了高速钢锻造方坯修磨切头后再酸洗时产生裂纹的原因。
It is found that cracks produces in the surface layers of repickled ground high speed steel square blanks. The reason is analyzed and discussed according to phase transformation theory and stress corrosion theory. Macroscopic conditions of the repickled ground surfaces are examined and hardness measurement and metallographic observation are made. It is indicated that cracks form on the surface layers of repickled ground square blanks, which are not annealed or not fully annealed. Therefore the method of avoiding cracks is put forward: square blanks must be fully annealed.
