摘要
本文设计了一套激光多普勒测速系统,并对该系统作了理论分析和计算。系统可与微机接口,并对固体表面速度进行了实时、快速和准确测量。系统动态范围为1m/s~12m/s,精度达±6%。实验结果表明:实验值与理论计算符合得较好。
A laser Doppler velocimetry system is designed,and its theoretical analysis and computation are made.A real time,fast and accurate measurement on the surface velocity of maving solid object is performed by using this system to be interfaced with a microcomputer.The dynamic range of this system is from 1m/s to 12m/s with the accuracy of±6%.It is shown that measured values agree well with theoretical calculation.
