摘要
目的了解护理本科毕业生就业现状,找出就业中存在的问题,为就业工作提供依据,增加就业率。方法对103名应届护理本科毕业生进行问卷调查。结果本科护生与大专护生相比并没有明显的就业优势;86.6%的护生就业去向是临床护理工作;53.4%的护生认为就业指导应安排在实习前;就业过程中护生认为个人素质、能力、专长、外表、身高、良好的气质与交际能力等是影响就业的重要因素。结论加强护生的临床实际应用能力,并在实习前提供相应的就业指导,提高就业率。
Objective To determine the employment situation and present problems in baccalaureate nursing graduates,in order to provide basis for employment instruction and increase the rate of employment. Methods 103 nursing baccalaureate nursing graduates were investigated with questionnaires, Results There was no obvious advantage in employment in baccalaureate nursing students compared with junior college nursing students. 86.6% of the graduates engaged in clinical nursing ;53.4% of them thought that employment instruction should be provided before clinical practice. The students considered that the following factors were important in the process of employment,including personal quality,abilities,specialty,appearance,body height, temperament and ability of interpersonal interaction. Conclusion It is necessary to enhance nursing students＇ ability of practical nursing and provide employment instruction before clinical practice to increase the rate of employment.
