摘要
提出的电能监测管理系统是一台多功能的智能仪器,它除对电能进行常规计量外,还可对三相不对称系统进行分析、计算与测量,尤其能进行谐波分析、谐波功率流向及谐波与基波电能分别计量,从而可以根据用户负荷性质提供合理的电能收、付费的科学方法。
This paper proposes a new measurement and management system of electric energy,which is a multifunctional intelligent instrument. Besides having the general function of measuring electric energy, the new system can perform characteristic parameters analysis.computation and measurement of three-phase unsymmetrical systems, especially power system harmonic analysis, harmonic power flow direction monitoring. harmonic and fundamental energy measurement. and therefore the system can provide a scientific method for calculating electric energy rates according to the load properties of users.
