摘要
介绍了化学沉淀法处理金属表面磷化废水的原理，提出了石灰法处理磷化废水的工艺流程和技术参数，指出pH=10．2～11．5时，可以使PO4^3-和Zn^3＋同时达到良好的沉淀效果，满足排放标准的要求。
Chemical precipitation is introduced, which is used to treat metal surface phosphate coating wastewater, the process and parameters of lime method to treat phosphate coating wastewater are presented, pointing out that the removal rate of PO4^3- and Zn^2＋ can reach good precipitation effect and the discharge standard can be satisfied when pH= 10.2 - 11.5.
