在创业的诸多问题层面上,如项目层面、企业层面、产业层面及国家层面中。产权问题是相当重要的一个热点,但其中的共有产权却没有得到深入的研究。在这里,我们从界定产权对企业的意义着手,讨论一下创业企业中关于共有产权的问题及界定办法。
Thinking Aspects of starting an undertaking on several levels, such the item stratification, the enterprise stratification, in the industrial stratification and the national stratification, the property right question is the quite important one hot spot, but pooled property right has not actually obtained the thorough research. In here, we begin from the limits property fight to enterprise＇s significance, to discuss start an undertaking in the enterprise about the pooled property right question and the limits means.
