摘要
我国上市公司资产重组中普遍存在关联交易的现象,但由于证券市场不发达、上市公司的先天不足等原因．上市公司利用关联交易进行资产重组存在许多问题,根据目前我国证券市场的现状,必须加强对上市公司资产重组关联交易的规范管理。
Generally there is a phenomenon of related trade in the rearrangement of assets of the listed company of China, but because of the undeveloped security market, inadequate natural endowment of listed company etc., there are many problems in utilizing related trade to rearrange assets for the listed company. According to the current situation of the security market of our country at present, we must strengthen the normal management of the related trade of rearrangement of assets of the listed company.
