摘要
针对数控加工中心系统的伺服运动控制系统进行了研究.根据系统高性能要求,采用AT89C51+DSP芯片实现伺服运动控制器,并在一台HANUC CNC2000 i系统中进行实验研究,结果验证了该伺服运动控制器具有调速范围宽、高速、高精确度、动静态性能好等特点.
This paper is to research the servo control unit of the machining centers. A servo motion controller based on AT89C51 + DSP is used in order to be more efficient and accurate. The result of an experiment on the CNC2000i system indicates that the system can realize the wide range of speed regulation, high speed control, good dynamic and static characteristics.
