The Capacitive Current and Resistive Current Decomposition Algorithm Using Nonlinear Least Squares Method

摘要 为研究非线性电介质介电性能测试的泄漏电流分解并且得到电导率和极化率与电场强度的关系,提出了一种采用非线性最小二乘拟合算法的分解技术,依据非线性最小二乘理论,采用阻尼最小二乘算法,给出了仿真系统的流程图.通过Labview仿真分析证明了该方法能有效地分解容性和阻性电流,易于软件实现,为非线性电介质介电性能测试技术奠定了理论基础. To measure the capacitive current and the resistive current respectively and get the relations between conductivity or polarization and electric field, a decomposition algorithm on the basis of nonlinear least squares method is presented. According to the theory of nonlinear least fitting, the Levenberg - Marquardt method is used and the simulation system flow chart is given. The Labview simulation shows that this method can effectively decompose the capacitive current and the resistive current, moreover it can be achieved easily with software and the algorithm is very useful to the theory basis of nonlinear dielectric properties measurement technology.
