摘要
针对目前生产工作中对便携式粗糙度测量仪的需求,基于MSP430F149单片机的高速低功耗特点,采用了C语言和汇编语言混合编程方法设计了一种以单片机为核心的便携式表面粗糙度测量仪.实验结果表明,该仪器具有处理速度快、测量精确度高、体积小和功耗低等特点,能满足生产现场要求.
This paper introduces theory, hardware and software design of a portable measuring instrument of surface roughness,which uses stylus method and MSP430f149 micro controller. This instrument is very suitable in the examine parts at production locale. Because it has many advantages such as high accuracy, ultra low -power, full functions of surface roughness measuring.
