摘要
为了监控蓝宝石的生长情况,依据计算机控制理论,设计了一种基于RS-485总线通信协议的高温真空炉分布式计算机控制系统.着重介绍了系统的硬件组成以及自定义的通信协议.结果表明,该系统实现简单,通信可靠,可被广泛应用到其他分布式控制系统中.
According to the computer control theory,This paper designs a distributed control system for the high temperature vacuum furnace based on the RS - 485 protocol to watch and control the growing complexion of the sapphire, especially, the hardware elements of the system and the user - defined communication protocols are introduced. As a result, this system is simple and communication is reliable, which can be used by other distributed control systems.
