拉丝机机器压缩率作为拉丝机设计的关键参数,直接影响到设备的性能指标。拉丝机若用于拉拔较细的钢丝,则优先选用电机在高速状态下的恒功率拉拔方式,机器压缩率应尽量取小些;若用于拉大规格、高强度钢丝,此时必须采用恒转矩的拉拔方式,机器压缩率取大些。
The machine draught of wire drawing machine is a key parameter of wire drawing machine design, it affect property of equipment directly. If wire drawing machine is used as fine steel wire drawing, constant power drawing of motor at high speed is adopted firstly, the machine draught should use small possibly; if draw large spec and high strength steel wire, must use constant torque drawing manner, machine draught takes bigger.
