摘要
介绍利用燃气钢管马弗炉热处理及钢丝表面处理连续作业线生产不同规格钢丝的工艺实践,给出工艺流程、工艺条件和工艺参数。通过调整走线速度,直径1.2mm成品钢丝的平均抗拉强度达到1816.6MPa,平均扭转42.6次,平均弯曲19次,产品合格率98%;直径1.8mm成品钢丝的平均抗拉强度达到1846MPa,平均扭转33.9次,平均弯曲15.7次,产品合格率100%。
To introduce the process practice of producing multi-spec steel wire at the same time on the heat treatment and surface treatment continuous line with gas burning steel tube muffle. The process flow, process conditions and process parameters are given. By adjusting wire speed, the average tensile strength of finished steel wire with 1.2 mm diameter is 1 816.6 MPa, average torsion is 42.6 times, average bend is 19 times, the pass rate of the product is 98% ; the average tensile strength of finished steel wire with 1.8 mm diameter is up to 1 846 MPa, average torsion is 33.9 times, average bend is 15.7 times, the pass rate of the product is 100%.
