本文评述了Ⅲ-Ⅴ族化合物等离子腐蚀的基本原理,并报导了有关工艺化学的最近进展。最后,概观等离子腐蚀在器件制作中的应用。
The article reviews the fundamentals of plasma etching for Ⅲ-Ⅴ compounds and reports new development on the related technologyical chemistry.The applications of plasma etching in device fabrication are surveyed.
