摘要
对话品性是教学最原初的品质和性格,它包括师生的互动、交流和沟通、人与文本的相互理解或解读以及教学过程中以一贯之的民主、平等、尊重、信任、宽容和关爱等。现实的教学却丢失或遮蔽了对话品性,给教学自身和学生都造成了伤害。教学的对话品性必须彰显。彰显了对话品性的教学更贴近人性,深受人们的喜爱和欢迎。不久的将来,它必将成为教学领域的普遍实践,成为人们的现实生活。
Dialogue Character is the most original quality and nature of teaching and learning, including interaction communication and connection between the teacher and the students, the understanding to or explaining of the text, as well as persistent democracy, equality, respect, trust, tolerance and care in the course of teaching. However, actual instruction is losing or hiding dialogue character, not only endangering instruction itself, but also doing harm to students. The dialogue character ot instruction must be highlighted. Instruction with highlighted dialogue character is closer to human nature, more lovable and welcomed. In the near future, it will become universal practice and real life in the teaching field.
